ROLE

UX/UI Design

TIMELINE
3–4 weeks

TEAM

Collaborated with content writers, senior designers, developers, and the Brigosha product manager. My contributions focused on marketing page layouts, UX structure, and visual design for responsive components.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

While working at Brigosha Technologies, I contributed to the design of the website for Vectors Academy an education platform offering competitive coaching for NEET and JEE aspirants. The project aimed to build trust, drive admissions, and clearly communicate course offerings through a clean, informative, and mobile-friendly site.

The site needed to balance academic credibility with accessibility for parents and students—especially first-time visitors unfamiliar with such platforms.

WHO IS THE USER

The core users I designed for were:

  • Internal Admins setting up new companies and teams.

  • Content Managers responsible for blogs, events, and media.

  • Organization Leaders managing team access and publishing approvals.

  • Super Admins overseeing multi-company systems.

These users needed a fast, flexible, and mobile-first experience to run operations efficiently.

MY CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Structured Key Pages: Helped lay out important sections like Coaching Program, Integrated Program, Admissions, Fee Structure, and Scholarships.

  • Form Design: Designed intuitive registration and enquiry forms with clear call-to-actions.

  • Visual Hierarchy: Applied consistent spacing, typography, and iconography to guide users through information-heavy content.

  • Mobile Testing: Ensured pages worked seamlessly across screen sizes, focusing especially on CTA placement and form usability.

IMPACT

  • Boosted clarity around coaching offerings, tests, and fee structures.

  • Streamlined user journey from landing to registration.

  • Supported admissions and marketing teams with easier lead generation.

  • Delivered a scalable design that matched brand identity and adapted to future updates.

CHALLENGES & LEARNINGS

  • Translating complex, role-based access into intuitive mobile flows took careful UI logic—especially to ensure Admins, Editors, and Contributors saw only what mattered.

  • Adapting dense CMS workflows (like blogs and gallery uploads) into smaller mobile chunks taught me how to simplify without stripping functionality.

  • Designing feedback patterns—like blog rejection with reason or tag-based status indicators—sharpened my interaction design decisions.

  • On small screens, deciding which actions (Edit, Delete, Publish, Reject) to prioritize pushed me to think deeply about hierarchy and task flow.

This project pushed me to think beyond screens—to structure scalable, mobile-first systems that mirror real-world team dynamics.
